New Bridge

Pool Recap and Additional Capital Improvements

Special thanks to Bob Spolyar for a successful and busy 2006 at our pool. Below are listed a few of the improvements recently accomplished to the pool area and its operation.

• Re-plumbed the system to separate the wading pool from the main pool to prevent overflow off the wading pool. (capital improvement)
• Several new pumps and motors with new flow controls. (operating expense)
• Fixed the back wash drainage system. (capital improvement)
• New pool pump room ventilation. (capital improvement)
• Two new picnic tables (capital improvement)
• Several new patio tables and chairs with umbrella units. (capital improvement)
• Hand rail to be installed on east side of clubhouse. (capital improvement)
