Clubhouse Rental

The clubhouse at Woodland Springs is available to rent out to Woodland Springs Residents for $110 per day (plus a $150 damage deposit that is refundable pending inspection after the event). The maximum capacity for the clubhouse is 120 people.
If you are interested, please check the Clubhouse Calendar for available dates and contact the Clubhouse Reservation Agent to reserve a date. Also, you must fill out and sign the Clubhouse Rental Contract and return the form, along with the necessary fees, to the Clubhouse Reservation Agent.

Pool Rental
If you would like rent the pool for an after hours private party, then you also rent the clubhouse. The rental charge is $150.00 for both the clubhouse and the pool. If the clubhouse is unavailable, then the pool cannot be rented separately. Parties renting the clubhouse and pool will be required to arrange for lifeguards.
