Lights Out in Woodland Springs
When you observe a street light burned out near your house, do the following to get the light replaced:
- Write down the lamp post number. It is a six digit number about halfway up the post.
- Write down the house street address that is closet to the lamp post.
- Then call Duke Energy Customer Service at 1-800-521-2232 . When they answer, push #4 and be sure to talk to the live operator. They will need all of the above information – post number and the street address nearest the burned out lamp post. The light post should be repaired within the next ten days.
NOTICE: When you see a burned out entrance planter light along 116 th Street , please call Jack Badger at 846.1579. Jack has been the neighborhood volunteer for the past 7 years that replaces a bulb when it burns out. Also, if any of the gas light mantles in the lanterns need replacement along Haverstick Road , call Jack!
